Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at Beauty By Satik, 500 El Camino Real, Tustin, CA 92780. Pickup orders are usually ready within 2–4 days.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before coming to collect your order. Pickup is available during Beauty By Satik’s regular business hours only and is not available on holidays when the business is closed. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.
