Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ST Beauty Lab purchase. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return.

Your Satisfaction Matters

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, even if you have tried the product, please contact us at stbeautylab@outlook.com. A member of our team will be happy to work with you to understand your concerns and find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another resolution.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at stbeautylab@outlook.com so we can make it right.

Before returning an item, please contact us for return instructions. Returns should not be sent without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, ST Beauty Lab will cover the appropriate return or replacement costs.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
